It's not just in some of us; 
It's in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine, 
We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. 
As we're liberated from our own fear, 
Our presence automatically liberates others.

Olive oil, salt, pepper, & lemon juice. 400 degrees for 12-15 min. Enjoy!

Seasoned with fresh garlic, salt & pepper. Baked at 500 for 30 minutes, then I drop the temp to 325 for another 45 minutes or until tender. We like it rare!
